Our practitioner assesses your constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances, then gives a personalised protocol — diet, lifestyle, herbs, and a daily routine to follow at home.

Saturday – Sunday guided program
A guided two-day reset at home: an Ayurveda consultation, a meal plan sent in advance, herbal recommendations you can source locally, and guided meditation recordings.
